Event Terms
1. The event and the organiser
B2BV2V26 "Back to Business: Vision to Value", Edition II of the Dialogue of Skyscrapers series, takes place on Tuesday, 8 September 2026 at The Shard, London. The organiser is RealTimes (Alexander Morari, ul. Chłodna 51, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland, EU), contact@RealTimes.co.
2. Invitation-request model
- Attendance is by invitation. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmation.
- Every request is reviewed personally. We answer within two business days. The organiser may approve or decline a request at its discretion; the room is curated to keep the event useful for everyone in it.
- Submitting a request costs nothing and creates no payment obligation.
3. Pricing and payment
- Pricing for each category (Standard, Premium, VIP) is published with the full programme. Guests register their interest in a category at no cost and under no obligation; each request is reviewed individually, and approved guests receive the published pricing by email. Nothing is charged at the point of request, and no place is confirmed until accepted in writing.
- No payment is collected through this website at this time. When payment opens, it will run through a secure payment provider with its own terms presented at checkout.
- Member and group terms are confirmed individually after verification.
4. Attendance
- Invitations are personal and non-transferable unless agreed with the organiser in writing.
- The venue's house rules apply. The organiser may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave in case of behaviour that endangers safety or disrupts the event.
- Photography and filming take place at the event for editorial and promotional use by RealTimes. If you prefer not to appear in published material, tell the crew on site or write to contact@RealTimes.co.
5. Changes
- The programme, speakers, and timings may change. Material changes (date or venue) are communicated to approved guests by email.
- If the event is cancelled by the organiser, any payments already made are refunded in full.
